iPhone Delivery/Pick Up Question

Anyone know if you can order through Apple or Verizon and pick it up in store?
Also, a friend of mine has an Unlimited Data Account on Verizon and is going to use his Brother-in-law's upgrade (different accounts) and then activate the phone on his Unlimited Data account. If he orders through Verizon or Apple, will they let him pick it up under his own name? Anyone know how that works?

Guess we'll find out in 2 hours....they let you reserve the phone for in-store pickup for the iphone 4, but not the 4S. Did they let you do it for the new iPad?

I'm using the apple store app (fastest way to avoid the inevitable webpage crashes) so they better make it crystal clear whether I can pick it up in-store or need to have it delivered...
