How long does it take for Apple to send the Activation email..... I know it says up to 24 hours but I want to start testing.

Have you already paid? If you have not paid the fee via the online store, you will never get any email. I had the same problem, was waiting for it, found out I needed to pay, and got the activation code within 30 minutes.

I paid. Got my order status and everything.

was this for individual or business ? If it was for individual, the response should be fairly quick but if it was for business (forget the term that Apple uses), they will send you an email with the follow up questions and documents that you have to fax back.

I originally signed up for individual then migrated over to business and had to fax over my business license etc..
