So if I become a developer for 99 dollars from the apple website to get iPhone OS 3.0... How many people, or "Approved Devices," can I add onto my list so they can use iPhone OS 3.0 as well?

Why don't you check at the Apple website?

Because waiting for people to look up information for you is faster than doing it yourself? That seems to be the mentality around here anyway...

And he can add 99 more other than his own, assuming that he will want to add his own as well. However if he ever hits 100, Apple is bound to come - a - calling for proof of developer status...

Why would Apple want to confirm someone is actually developing an App? The person paid the $100.
