since updating to 16.2. I am seeing a scanning-like activity on my phone screen. on opening the phone I see squares and rectangles moving between sections of the display, any displayed image, the keypad, mail, apps. I also see scanning-like bars that run across the screen from one side to the other over the complete height of the display. Do you have any idea what is going on?
