iPhone Dock for Handsfree Speakerphone

Hello,

I am looking for an iPhone 4s dock that I can use as a handsfree speakerphone solution. I spend a lot of time on my phone for work and this would be very helpful.

I have seen a couple bluetooth implementations (Polycom has a nice one) and there are lots of music style docks ... but I see little for my use. I want to be able to charge and easily interact with answering and viewing who is calling.

Ideas?
