iPhone Dock NOT compatible with NEW Composite A/V Cable

Yes, it's true. Amazingly enough the dock which came with my iPhone will not output video through Apple's new composite A/V cable. It must be a Universal dock (another $49) or the new iPod dock. I could scream! A hundred bucks just to watch video on a television using a dock.

If anyone has better luck with their iPhone dock, please let me know.

why are you using the dock and composite cord. Just use the composite!!!!
