iPhone dock that is compatible with bumper?

I haven't had any luck finding one where I can dock my 4S without taking off the bumper. Any suggestions?

I just use the Apple Universal Dock.

Don't use any attachment, just the base itself. Bumper clips onto it perfectly.

Kind of pricey though.
