iPhone does not OTA sync with Exchange Server

I have the 2.0.1 update and when I make an appointment in my iPhone it does not update onto the Exchange Server. I have the Enterprise Service with ATT. However, if I make a change on my desktop using Entourage through the Exchange Server, it updates the iPhone. Anyone else have this issue? I went to the Apple Store, the Geniuses were stumped and pointing fingers to the ISP and ATT. How did you fix it? Thanks!
