I've just noticed that my iphone, although each sync says "Backing up......" for about 3 seconds, doesn't actually do anything. I've had my iphone for about 6 months now.
I've got iTunes 7.7, iPhone firmware 2.0 (the only way I could load this was to erase the device as it kept erroring on the backup)
Anyone help? I've phoned Apple Support but they aren't very helpful and don't understand my problem - keep telling me to reset my phone to default and also reset sync history. Done that 5 times today.
