Hold on, is it Activation Locked and you don't know the password or is something else wrong? It might have been wiped with iCloud and thats why its asking for iTunes before it goes any further. Did you buy it new from an authorized reseller or used off of craigslist or eBay?

Yes, that's activation locked and I bought it from eBay. I need to bypass it, but I can't, cause I don't know Apple ID from owner. Some iPhone's choose language->country->connect to wi-fi. My iPhone choose language->country>inscription "Connect to iTunes". Doesn't find and connect to wi-fi network. I've vide, but couldn't upload here. Thanks

What difference does it make?
Its activation locked, even if you could connect to wifi you would not get anywhere.
Most likely besides of it being stolen it has a hardware wifi issue too.

I heard that bypass activation lock can through Facetime. And for that I need to connect to wi-fi. Because of this, I want to find an answer to this question

here is your answer. the device you bought is most likely lost or stolen, hence why its activation locked. return the device to the seller and demand a refund. its useless to you and cant be bypassed. i still cant understand how this is still happening. were you aware it was activation locked, hoping to save money and thinking you scored a deal?? no one here is going to help you try to bypass it. first, because its morally wrong. second, because you cant anyways.

For us to tell you how to bypass it would be morally wrong, and a gray area.

Odds are you got a stolen phone/lost phone, no question about it.

Not that there is a way to bypass it anyway (aside from knowing the actual Apple ID/password or having someone who knows it enter that information or remove the device from being associated with their Apple ID).
