iPhone iPhone doesn't show the contact number when receiving a call

Can anyone please solve the issue that my iPhone doesn't show the contact number when receiving a call. Is there any settings issue in that?

it happened to me this week on AT&T. I called AT&T and they got it all fixed in 5 minutes. Try calling your provider. Good luck!

But it is the matter concerning to data carrier or some settings in phone itself..
