Iphone doesn't sync with mobileme account after restore

Hi,
I hope someone can point me in the right direct on this, I'm pretty fed up?
Over the weekend I restored my iphone (non hacked, non unlocked etc) and since then my phone doesn't download/sync my diary or safari bookmarks.

I'm running itunes 9.0.3(15) Iphone 3.1.3.
So far I've re-restore twice including a dfu restore.

Any ideas?
