iphone downtime ans smart band

Hi,I've settup downtime restriction on my kids iphones ios 13.4.1. Everything works fine expect iphones still communicating and sends messages from other apps to xiaomi smart band thru Mi Fit app.
I'm unable to find way,how to restrict this communication during downtime or in certain from- to hours limit.There is way of setting time limit,but this is won't help.
Any suggestions?
