iPhone dropping calls?

Since I updated to iOS 14.3, my phone keeps dropping calls. I’ll have all bars full, then whoever I’m taking to will no longer be able to hear me. My phone will lose the call and suddenly drop to no bars. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone have any ideas to fix it? Verizon is my carrier.

Same here. First it goes silent, then drops, and bars go away. TMobile is my carrier.
