iPhone Dropping Connection With AppleTV

Not sure what is going on here. I have my AppleTV running on a new Airport Express. I can play a movie from my iPad with no problem. When I try to play a movie from my iPhone 4S it drops the connection every 30 - 60 seconds. Maybe I have some setting on my iPhone wrong?
