iPhone dropping express signal

I have an airport extreme base station and an airport express extender. My iPad connects fine to the express giving me full bars in the back of the house. My iPhone sometimes connects to the express but mostly connects to the extreme giving me a week connection. If I restart the extreme, it will connect to the express. But it only lasts until I leave and then come home. Any ideas?

there may be a configuration to not allow your iphone to connect with the Base Station...

i think it's called "Forget this Network" or something like that in the Settings/Network section... I hope this helps.

I may be wrong, if so, others please chime in!
