iPhone Duplicate Contacts

Hello,

I am getting duplicate contacts on my iPhone. I use Outlook for mac, originally used iCloud but deleted all information there, restored phone to new condition. I keep getting duplicate contacts, in fact i have four or five for every contact. My contacts are in my contact list in outlook only once. i deleted all in mac's contact let. I can't figure it out, nothing is on iCloud. Help!
