My eligibilitychanged to nov 2011. What to do?

They don't need to take the whole site down to change your upgrade eligibility. The only thing you can do it call ATT at 611. There's nothing anyone can do here.

Upgrade dates are pretty much set in stone and calling ATT will just waste your time.

There's literally nothing a CSR can do over the phone to change that date...

The only viable option is to go to a local ATT store and try to talk to the General Manager of that store...

But even then the odds of that date being changed by a General Manager are slim is none.

Damn mine remained unchanged. Is it only current iPhone users that are eligible for this?
