iPhone email folders not appearing on the Cloud

I have set up some folders to organize some emails on my iPhone, but these folders have not appeared on The Cloud for some reason. If it set folders up on the cloud it seems to sync fine with the phone.

Has anyone else experienced this and know why its happening? Also, is there a way to re-arrange the folders on the iPhone? E.G Move them into new folders etc with having to go into the folder and move the actual emails?

Update

I've managed to sort all over this out now. The folders appeared in the 'Sent Items' of Mail, when i moved a couple of the folders the rest disappeared again. Some hours later they seemed to reappear in 'Sent Items' giving me a chance to move them. Seems to be some strange syncing issue with MobileMe. I still can't work out how/why i managed to create the folders there in the first place.
