iPhone encrypted backups... where are they located?

Now, I have some 2.2.1 backups in /Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup

But where are my new 'encrypted' backups kept? I can't seem to find them!!?

Can anyone else find them? I've looked using pathfinder as well, so they aren't hidden in that directory.
