Iphone error (-1)

Hello there,

I am a complete beginner when it comes to iOS and things so bear with me!

My iphone shows error (-1) when I try and sync it with iTunes. My phone has never been jail broken or anything and I have no idea how to fix this.

Please could someone help me and help in simple terms please!! Thanks in advance!
