Iphone error cannot make or receive calls cal apple.

i got this error i dont know why i tried to restore at first but then a popup came up and then i tried tor estore yet again but it said error 1011 then wheni finally got through to have it1.1.1 past that error it says Iphone error cannot make or receive calls cal apple.

what should i do do i have to get it replaced etc?

if you didnt unlock the phone take it too apple but make sure its on 1.1.3 so apple doesnt expect anything

ive unlocked it and it loads up 1.1.2 perfectly when i tried still trying 1.1.1 :/
