Apple will usually have it up on their website within two hours after it's concluded. And MacRumors will also have a link where you can watch it later on as well I believe.

Well the keynote for the iPhone 7 was put on Apple's youtube the day after (8th Sept) so expect the same.
Although I think you can just watch it when you like once it's over on Apple's website.

Might be somewhere but in past you had to be on an Apple product. You can go to sites like Engadget who does a live blog.
