Hey,
I bought my phone a bit ahead of 2 weeks ago (5s black) but I want to be satisfied with the color I really want: gold. Is it possible to get an exchange? Apple has a 30 day exchange policy, but not sure.

If it's undamaged, and you bought it from Apple, yes.

If you bought it from elsewhere it's the discretion of the store you bought it from. They don't always honour Apple's 30 day policy.

There's just the tiniest of a scuff mark, unnoticeable though.

Set an appointment with the apple store but I doubt they will have any in stock

Just called, (was multitasking) and no stock. Do you think they'd look past the small scuff mark? If I have an appointment, will they reserve a white box for me?
