iPhone Explorer and iPhone Browser problem

I've recently just noticed that both iphone explorer and browser are not launching correctly.
Both programs give me the same error code as well:

I tried googling a solution but I can't find anything on it.

I'm currently using itunes 10
 
Remove both and re-install them again, they work just fine here without any problems at all..
