here’s the problem with my express replacement.
Back in January 2020 my iPhone 11 Promax had a dead pixel or lamination that was coming off the screen so I called Apple care talked to senior advisor and he suggested I take to the store to get a free screen replacement he put in notes so I get a screen replacement but the store didn’t give me anything on a paid screen replacement they said no to everything.
I set up the Express replacement after a month or two of using it I noticed that the display had the pixel on the left side of the screen since the store was closed I called Apple care and they set me up an express replacement.
I got the express replacement I got had a dent in the ear speaker grill and the camera lenses were scratched and the mute switch was loose.
I called Apple here again and they told me to send back the original unit I called in for in that same day they set me up with another Express replacement.
this would’ve been voided if the Apple store I go to what I’ve read the senior advisor notes and set me up with a free screen repair on a page screen repair you don’t wanna would’ve been fine because I would’ve paid if needed to get it fixed.
How was your experience with the express replacement service?
