Iphone Factory Earphone Modified?

Has anyone modified the iphone factory earphones. I was wondering if there is a way to modify the earbuds. They just don't want to stay in my ear too good. Does anyone know any eargels like jabra would work?

Why not just buy in ear headphones?

I did by the vdfone or something like that. The out going call quality is good, but incomming is lacking. The factory earbuds are good sound quality, but I hate the fit in the ear. I was thinking of buying the skullcandy ink mic ones to try too, but don't want to keep spending money when the apples ones are fine, just need modified.
