iPhone fail jailbreak

Ok guys,

I have (I think...) a pretty big problem...

my computer said to me to update my firmware of my iPhone 4 from 4.1 to 4.2 I believe, just the most up to date version...

I have/had my iPhone jailbroken.. so actually you shouldn't update and stuff but I found that out to late...

I tried at the beginning of my jailbreak to save my shsh blobs.. but I didn't because it wouldn't work with several programs, hours and tries further, so I quit...

I did still jailbroken my iPhone in the hope nothing would ever go wrong, nothing goes ever wrong so had some good hope at this too...

but it was falls.. now it is in the 'connect to iTunes' stadium. I don't know what to do anymore...
some help would be very welcome

I'm actually in a bit of a panic that I can't fix my iPhone and that would be a very expensive joke for me, I'm sorry guys for this trouble

any suggestions on this topic would be very pleased
