iPhone file storage app that links with iPhone mail

Is there an iPhone app that let's me download files from my email onto some kind of storage?

I'm a new iPhone user and really loving this phone. But I still haven't found an app that would allow me to download attachments from my iPhone mail (which I've linked to my yahoo mail) onto this app for storage. Plus it would be helpful if I could use that app as a portable hard drive and transfer files between different computers. Any suggestions?

I'm using iSMEStorage to use my MobileMe and Gmail accounts account as a storage cloud. You can also open files from Mail into iSMEStorage and then do a cut and 'cloud paste' into your storage cloud. I do this quite a but to move Gmail docs and files to Google Docs.
