I am getting an old iPhone First Generation running 2.x.x I think from my uncle. I am on the verizon network. I would like to know if I can unlock this iPhone and activate it with Verizon. If I can't is there any way that I can run iPhone with verizon other than Mifi. Not paying all that money :/ If there is no possible way of running iPhone with verizon are there any cheap SIM cards I can use? Thanks in advance. I'm sure this has been asked before.

Greetings:

All of the iPhones are only compatible with GSM networks (AT&T and T-Mobile) and not with either Sprint or Verizon.

You wont be able to run the iPhone on verizon because verizon uses CDMA and the iPhone is GSM.
