iPhone folder texture wallpaper

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to make a wallpaper for me? I currently don't have the right tools, since my macbook has died on me .

What I'd like is for the wallpaper background to be that folder-texture-background, if you know what I mean.

This is keeping my mind off my delivery issues with my iPhone 4.
