So after a few months of waiting finally Ragnarok X : Next Generation just launched and i was happy but wondering if i should use my 12 Pro Max to play it or use my cheaper Android phones to play it.

But finally i decided to just use my 12 Pro Max to play it and im amazed at how good it actually is. All the settings maxed out and still no stutter.

Battery life isnt bad either. 4 hours and 26 mins of playing drained around 30% of my battery. But i was using Wifi and not Cellular. If i used Cellular im pretty sure it would be using more battery as in Indonesia the signal isnt stable.

I also bought a Flydigi phone cooler to help cool my phone and im using Pitaka MagEZ case to help cool faster. Not saying that it heats but it does when playing while charging.

So for those who are wondering id recommend using the 12 Pro Max to play games. It will slaughter any game and at max settings(even Genshin Impact with Overclock turned ON)

I’ve never understood the whole Mobile Gaming scene unless it’s some simple game like Tetris, Pinball or digital board game 😂 but this is great to know, one of the few things that will truly show the capabilities of these powerful chips in our smartphones and tablets.

I’d still recommend any serious iOS gamer to get at least 2020 iPad Air or 2021 iPad Pro, since the hardware is powerful enough and larger surface area means better thermal. Plus, M1 chip blows A14 out of water easily. It’s night and day.

On a side note: best thing for me after switching from the whole life on Android to iOS (with 12PM) — there no delay with the AirPods Pro compared to internal speaker. Now I can play rythm games without changing delay settings in games every time when i decide to play with earphones (and even capture screen without additional lag).
