Hi everyone,

So basically my problem is what the title says, I’ll have anywhere from like 500mb-1gb just go away for no reason.

Recently I was hovering around 200mb free on my iPhone so I decided to delete some music and a bunch of apps I no longer use. Afterwards I was left with a nice 1.5Gb free space, perfect!

A few days later I added an album (150mb) and took about 10 pictures (let’s say 50mb to be safe). Alright so my phone was down to about 1.3Gb free…sounds about right.

One morning I woke up and found that I was at about 750mb free (umm ok, had 1.3gb 8 hours earlier so 550mb just seemed to go away for no reason). Weird but ok 750mb is usable.

Today (about 2 weeks since I first had 1.5gb) my free space is around 110mb…no new apps installed, no new music, no pictures. My phone went from 750mb to 110mb (another ~600mb that just seemed to disappear).

I tried to install an app that was larger than 110mb this morning and my phone started to 'Clean' (remove all the temp data) from all my daily used apps. This only brought my free space to 350Mb.

Am I wrong to think I should still have around 1Gb of free space on my phone and not 300-350Mb?
What exactly is going on and causing this?

I also have iCloud Photo Library set to OFF.

I'm just trying to survive this last month until I can get the new iPhone and choose the 128Gb model!

Thanks for the help!
