iPhone freezeing at times

I have only had the phone about 2 weeks, twice now it will just freeze and do nothing. It happens at random times and sometimes while in the middle of being on Safari, and the second time when I went to 'unlock' the phone, it would not let me slide to unlock. It just sat there and wouldn't let me do anything. I finally got it turned off after about 10 tries. Should I take it back?

Safari crashing is just normal... it's one of those things that needs fixing. Never had it crash when it was locked though.

If it does lock up hold down home and power for about 5-6 seconds and it'll power off.. no need to wait for it.

If it keeps doing it a lot maybe swap it out since it could be a hardware issue and you might as well swap it and be safe.
