The girlfriend has just been texting me about her iPhone 4S. It seems to be sticking a lot. For example, she'll be on facebook and it'll random lock up, she can't do anything and requires a hard reset. It also can't be turned off. Doing a hard reset (Home+Power) will work but just a normal 'off' (Hold Power) will bring up the slider, she'll slide to the left to indicate 'switch off' but instead it just falls back to the right. It's not like this all the time but comes frequently.
Can anyone take a guess at what's wrong?
