Lately I've had problems with my iPhone 4 where when I touch the screen, it's kind of laggy at times...it will freeze and take a few seconds before I can do anything. This happens with all different apps and occasionally on the home screen. For the record I have an iPhone 4 on 5.0, not currently jailbroken, and I don't know if this may be a problem with iOS 5 or the hardware. I got my phone in October of last year so yeah, it's kinda old. Anyone else have this problem?

I would try closing all your apps. double tap the home button and press down and hold the first app until the small "X" appears on the app. Then close all your apps. Then restart your phone. Maybe this will help, it helped me.

Hard reboot your phone and report back.
