iphone froze, and now unable to restore

had my iphone about 5 day, it froze on me last night while on a call, came home tried to restore kept getting error 1604 and a bunch of other things didnt work, called tech support, and product specialist, and was told by product specialist, that the apple engineer r keepin a close close eye on this 1604 problem.

so the mrs is bringing it back to this morning

looks like this error 1604 is getting to b a big issue for them

I have kept my wifi turned off for a couple of weeks because certain networks are causing my iphone to freeze completely. I have to do a hard reboot to get it up again.

Every verizon-supplied Fios router does this since a late-Jan firmware update. I tried to restore my home one to the old version, and it updates itself, even though I went into the config file and deleted the ISPs account (which means there is something sketchy going on and it is time to get another router).

The verizon update keeps every apple product in my house from getting online wirelessly. Of course verizon was no help.

i forgot to add my phone has no hacks,jailbreaks,etc... straight factory phone

well just talked to the mrs they too were unable to restore the phone, so they gave me a new one
