Iphone frozen help please

I have a black screen with the apple logo and looks like its frozen it just stays there, i tried restarting but still nothing and looks like the battery is low too after charging for a whole night, Can anyone help me please?

Have you tried a hard restart? By pressing the top lock button and the home button at the same time, it will do a hard restart. I've read some places on line that if you also do it while it's plugged into a power source it helps sometimes.
