iPhone frozen on startup, snow breeze symbol.

I have a iPhone 3G.

So I made the mistake of upgrading to 3.1.3 firmware, I had unlocked and jailbroken with Cydia and Blackra1n. So i waited a while until there was some ways to do it to 3.1.3 and used Redsn0w to jailbrake which worked and tried to unlock with Sn0wbreeze and it didn't work, I then turned the phone off and the next day I have turned it on and I think its bricked. It just has the sn0wbreeze symbol, computer wont recognize its plugged in and I have held down hold and home to rest and it does nothing.

Anyone in the same position or know how to fix it!?

You cannot unlock an iphone 3G thats been updated to official 3.1.3 no matter what you try to use.
You can only JB.

It's a 3G so the firmware can be upgraded and downgraded as you wish and JB at any version.

Restore to 3.1.2 firmware, then use Redsn0w to JB.

But since you went to 3.1.3 you probably cannot unlock (unless you used Pwnage Tool to preserve your baseband)

Most everyone here will recommend you stay away from Sn0wBreeze.

Thanks for all of the help..but the phone is actually frozen, do you know of anyway top completely reset it or flash old software?

Put it in DFU restore mode and restore it to 3.1.2

Don't use Sn0wbreeze again it's not a recommended jail break tool stick with official dev-team or George hotz released jailbreaks at least for a while.

Did any one ever give a working solution to this? I have the same problem
