Can anyone tell me how to delete this cache or whatever because I don't have memory all the time, I deleted all my photos, I pay for iCloud, and yet I have NO MEMORY !!! this happened after my update to iOS13.1.2, which I already hate and am thinking about continuing to use an iPhone in the future! Does anyone know how to clear this cache and how to fix the memory problem? I DONT WANT TO RESTORE, its NOT WORKING!!! iPhone 6s 16gb
