I'm pretty sure he is most likely referring to piracy unless he is talking about free games which doesn't make much sense either. Also by looking at his join date I'm pretty sure he is new here.

Yes, exactly, that is what I mean, the games that are already purchased and uploaded on the net...

For example this game I looked at it in gameFAQs website but I couldn't find it, sometimes I can't find those games I find in gameFAQs in AppStore as well.
