Did you drop the phone? It looks like a chunk is missing. I've seen this before, but I think it came like that in the box for a previous poster. Don't think there is a fix...seems like the panel is just warped.

i haven't drop it. nothing is missing, when i press it, it is fine
when i removed the rear panel, i noticed that the battery could be the cause
should i replace it?

Is the battery swelling? If it's bulging at all, it's probably pushing up on the rear panel causing the gap. I'm guessing Tunisia is hot? Hot temperatures can cause a lot of battery problems in all electronics.

yes it is, swelling on the left side and bulging, should i replace it?
could such battery damage the phone?
PS. the battery still working fine, no drain at all

Oh yeh, a bulging battery is not good at all. You should stop using it entirely actually if you want to be completely safe. Last thing you want is that thing leaking or exploding while charging. Even if that doesn't happen, pressure from the battery could cause other problems in the other components inside the phone.

You should get it replaced asap.
