My iPhone (6s Plus) gets notification sounds and vibrates, the screen stays off and the notification is not shown on the lock screen. I don't get anything on my Apple Watch. This does not happen all the time though, sometimes I get notifications on my watch sometimes I don't.

Does anyone know or have tips on how I can fix this? I want all my notifications on my Apple Watch.:)

This is what I have tried so far:
  • Off/on Apple Watch and iPhone
  • Hard reset Apple Watch and iPhone
  • Unpaired and re-paired Apple Watch
Thanks!

Did you restore data from older iPhone backup when transition to 6s?
Try reset iPhone 6s as new, if you restore from older iPhone backup.

My wife has tons of issue with her 6s, also restore from 5s backup which actually come from a 4s backup, I convince her to reset to new iPhone and re-install all app as new. I learn a long time ago, doesn't matter what Apple say, I will never backup/migrate app/preference/data from completed backup of old mac/iphone/ipad to new model mac/iphone/ipad. Same complete backup will never work as well as restart from new setup between 2 different models.
