I have had iPhone 15 for the past 10 months. Everything was fine. The last few weeks tho it is heating all the time in the back of it. A lot. Not overheating but it's very very hot. The apps I'm using are insta tiktok and YouTube. Especially while watching Instagram reels, it can heat up a lot in just 5 mins and less. Same is going to happen even if im just browsing on Google Chrome with zero background apps. Keep in mind i am inside, not in sunlight or outside. I am on ios 18.5 btw.

What i have tried so far to fix it but hasn't helped: Restarting my phone Force restarting my phone Using my phone without a case Completely disabling background app refresh and force closing apps every background app except the one I'm currently using Deleting and re installing Instagram Running diagnostics for my phone's hardware and everything was fine.

Please guys if anyone can help I'd appreciate it a lot i really need help to find and solve the issue!
