iPhone glitches and hangs up when I answer!

So I installed 3.0 a few days ago and ever since, when someone calls me and I slide the lock to answer, it seems like the phone lags for a second, then hangs up and locks. WTF?! Anybody else experiencing this? I have a 3G.
