iPhone going into Airplane mode by itself??

Ok I woke up looked at my phone and noticed it was in airplane mode, so I figured maybe I hit something while I was sleep. Then I glanced at my phone again and saw it was in airplane again, I know I didnt hit something this time. Anyone else ever have this problem??

I updated the carrier settings last night thru iTunes, thats the only change I made before this started happening
