i did a hard restart. where i held the power and home button and then when it was loading it seemed to take to long so i did another hard reset and then it loaded. is this a normal bug as in like its nothing that is serious with my phone. its first time it ever happened. this could have correlated with my apps kicking me out too.

iPhone got stuck after hard reset?

It takes awhile after resetting to load, so you probably just didn't wait long enough.
i thought i waited a long time, because right when its supposed to start up it vibrates 2 times always. hmm maybe i didn't guess ill never know. i thougth though that maybe that had to do with my apps kicking me out for a bit.
