Anyone know of a 3rd party GPS booster device for the iPhone 3Gs? Maybe with an additional battery on it. Does this product exist? Is it coming?

Something that would make the GPS reception more accurate and not linked with a specific app (so you could use it with whatever). I know TomTom has the car kit but I assume it only works with the navigation app.
