For many months now a hacker has taken control of both my PC and iPhone.

I have gone through endless resets and malware-removal procedures on both devices and still I cannot even change my Apple ID Password properly on either the PC or the phone.

If I cannot change my Password I cannot reset my iPhone because the hacker has my ID and password and will come back as soon as I log into my account.

All my efforts are thwarted by the intervention of the hacker to produce absurd "errors" that make no sense but that prevent the process. He even deleted the tags I wrote in for this post.

Can you please put me in touch with your expert on such issues?

Thank you very much.
