iPhone Hacked?

I jailbroke my iphone shortly after the 2.1 firmware came out and have had no problems up until about three days ago. I have been downloading apps from installer and fear that I may have downloaded some sort of virus onto my iPhone. Since I download many apps I can't give a specific name, nor do I want to sully the good name of an app by accusing it. But, since downloading the bad app I can't access the phone function of the iphone. Whenever I click the phone it will load the last screen I was on (the keypad) then force quit four to five seconds later. I can still make calls (with great difficulty) by going into the contacts app and clicking on a contact but it doesn't fully load the phone. It just calls the person and shows the home screen while calling, displaying the green bar (touch here to return to call). Yet if I touch the bar it disappears and doesn't return to the call. Therefore I cannot hang up any call (making it rather annoying if the person I'm calling doesn't pick up). This whole thing worried me but I was really horrified when yesterday I discovered multiple "invisible" bookmarks to some website. I was moving applications around when I noticed a little "x" that had no app next to it. When i loaded the "invisible" bookmark it took me to dezign999.com. I'm pretty sure this is something I should worry about and is there any way to fix it without restoring my iphone and having to jailbreak it again and put all of my apps on it again? Or does anyone know of any bad apps that would cause something like this, so that if I have to re-jailbreak I don't accidentally do this again? Lastly, is it possible someone got a hold of my private information (not that I have very much of it)?
